This is a heavy-duty rewinding machine with film laminating function, it has built-in deviation correction control system, the electromagnetic tension is digitally displayed and can be adjusted at will. We can also customize film removing and rewinding machine to remove the surface film of rolled materials.
Both the rewinding and unwinding shafts are air-expanded shafts, which are convenient for loading and unloading. In addition, the optional constant speed function can also be selected to ensure that the linear speed remains unchanged when the outer diameter of the roll changes.
The optional counting or metering functions can also be selected, it will automatically stop when the specified length or quantity is reached. The counting function is often used for label rewinding, and the use of ultrasonic sensors can accurately identify transparent labels.
